3.1 Registration Requirement. To place wagers or access real-money game content on bwb88, you must register a Player Account. Registration is free of charge.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. bwb88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where information is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The standard minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are advised to consult the deposit page for current limits applicable to their account.

5.3 Deposit Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bwb88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player at the sending bank or e-wallet are the Player's responsibility.

5.4 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are credited instantly.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing with no outstanding compliance holds or active investigations.

6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. bwb88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees. bwb88 does not charge fees on standard bank transfer withdrawals. Fees imposed by the Player's own financial institution are outside bwb88's control and are the Player's responsibility.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotions issued by bwb88 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active and unsatisfied may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.

8.5 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to additional specific rules. Where one or more selections within a parlay are voided, the voided selection is treated as a non-runner and the parlay recalculated accordingly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bwb88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.1 Player Responsibility. bwb88 expects all Players to engage with gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only funds they can afford to lose. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

13.2 bwb88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 bwb88 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bwb88 is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, natural disasters, or government regulatory actions.

14.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your bwb88 account at any time by contacting customer support. bwb88 will process account closure requests within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable wagering requirements.

14.2 Closure by bwb88. bwb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, account duplication, or any conduct that bwb88 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

14.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus credits are forfeited upon closure. bwb88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
